There are many golf courses without grass these days due to the lack of rain, but this one is still well maintained.

For a private golf course, I was expecting the facility to be very well maintained but unfortunately, it was not the case. It looked dusty and disorganized. First off, they wanted me to wear a collared shirt (I was wearing a golf-dress) to which I understood but since I didn’t have any they gestured me towards the rental place which costs Php 300 just for renting the shirt. Honestly, I found that to be absolutely ridiculous for the rental price but I did not mind since I did not have a choice. To make it worst, the shirt smelled horrible, as if it was kept under a chest for a very long time, unwashed.Secondly, I did not like the idea that a caddie is required for each player, this should be an option for everyone. I believe that if you understand golf, you are expected to be reponsible for your own divets afterwards. If the reason for the caddie to be required is to clean up after the golfer, isn’t that what the whole green fee is for in the first place?Lastly, they do not have a left-handed club for rental. I mean c’mon, how do you expect all of your clients to be right handed? I just think it is very thoughtless of the management to not be inclusive enough in any cases their would be left-handed players that may want to play.Overall, I felt embarassed to even recommend it to my foreign partner. I was not expecting a lot from this course but it clearly did not fail to disappoint from the get-go.

This is my first time playing this course and it's an interesting course, the golf is fun, and the greens are difficult. I'm glad that the grass is fully grown this time of year (dry season).

I was pleasantly surprised by this mountainside golf course’s lay out. You have the feel of nature close to you in engaging this wonderful course, the greens are well-maintained. It has very undulating and tight fairways which gives lots of ball striking challenges. This course is definitely under rated. I urge many golfers to play here. After a round at Club Filipino De Cebu Inc., you should be blessed with having dinner a mere 15 minutes drive to the restaurants below by the sea, one of which has dining with a party atmosphere, taking in too with nostalgia the sound of the roaring waves.The commentator is from Singapore.

Their website advertises clubs for rent. I called the day before and the phone rang for nearly 10 minutes before anyone answered. The representative advised non-members can walk in for tee times and club rentals were available. I arrived to a club house which resembled an abandoned building. The pro-shop had no shirts, hats, tee's or ball's for sale. We asked for rental clubs and the bags were loaded on our golf cart. I advised I would require left handed clubs. They did not have any. I was then asked to play right handed as a resolution. I quickly put my 7000pisos back in my wallet and walked out. The staff was friendly mind you but management should better prepare for these types of situations. I was so looking forward to playing golf on my trip. I will never return there and I visit the Philippines yearly. Looking forward to finding a proper golf course upon returning in 2023.

The place in the map is the junction to Club Filipino Golf Course which is around 2.7km.The place going to club Filipino is perfect for jogging qnd walking. Fresh air and amazing view of the mountains, danao city and Mactan.Enjoy the place today as subdivisions are already selling the lots on the area. Few houses are also built in the place.
