1 child, 1 adult, one senior P740 entrance fee. Few animals, no elephant, rhino, snakes, one monkey but not a chimpanzee etc. it's more of a botanical garden than a zoo. A lot of humidity in the area where there's water. Not worth the entrance fee. Waste of time! Just bring the kids to an amusement center. 😡🤬

Please be careful of the horse and cart drivers who operate outside the zooI was told it was Php 500 for 30 mins, which I thought was reasonable. When the ride stopped, he added and extra 10 mins onto the ride (extra Php 200) and then informed me that Php 500 was per person, so the Php 500 ride cost me Php 1400!If this happens to you, threaten to call the tourist police

Very disappointed, there's only a few animals to check, most cages are empty... We didn't get to see a closer look at the tigers, they were both lying down in their caves. The lion was visible, but looked too tired to show off his talent, lol,

It was just an ok trip. But a little weird also because you needed to sign paperwork with your name and number, show ID ,and a couple other steps. Luckily I was with a couple of local citizens who could understand the process easily. Many of the outdoor enclosures had high grass and maybe that is normal for here. Just never seen it like that at other zoos I have visited. I did like see kng live cobras in person in their enclosure. Unfortunately the elephant passed away a couple years ago, and the giraffe wasn't out if still there. My friends liked it but we all agreed the aquarium was a better visit. Yes I Will come again and hopefully there will be changes.

It used to be amazing, a lot of things have changed ever since some of the animals have died. Even though there are few animals left, the ambience and structure of the place have changed a lot and its much easier I think? To go around the place. Wished there could be more animals, and hope that one day it can be maintained again like before.

The enclosures are actually quite nice and they're not overcrowded. The food booths have cheap meals and the area is well forested with native fauna. It's clean and a beautiful place to enjoy the weather if it's windy enough. Some issues I hope they improve on however are the money exhibit which has very few monkeys with basically just one per pen except for the local species. This is likely a cost issue or related to the thermal needs of the animals though. Also some animals definitely need more enrichment. The lions and tigers do have toys but they're still bored and the lion was pacing as he's on his own. Overall very worth it though. The aviary is phenomenal especially with how the birds are basically free flying and simply choose to stay because of the habitat and food. They also need more signs. A lot of species were hard to identify because of the lack of signage.Parking will run out within the first hour though. I went on a holiday so the gift shop and some indoor exhibits were closed. Still had fun. 3-4 hour experience

A small zoo in a very good location. Walk around in 2-3 hours depending how much you stop watching certain animals. At the same time nice and a little sad. Some animals, like the elephant, giraffes and gorillas were missing at the time of my visit. Some animals have limited space, some are accommodated better.I hope they'll do a renovation to upgrade animal pens and add more signs for an easier walk-around.Staff is friendly and prices are affordable. Buy the ticket on-line, 300 PHP/adult.Please don't get me wrong, I don't mean to badmouth. It's still a fun visit with kids, and some places look really beautiful.

It’s a nice small zoo. As a foreigner (Filipino American) it’s easy to see the whole zoo in an hour Or less depending. It’s one of the nicest zoos to see in Manila. I highly recommend the Aviary Cafe if you want a break from the heat. Nice cool area for rest. Pasta and refreshing drinks. It also has a great view of the peacocks. A lot of other foreigners I met kept looking to see if the Manila zoo has the Philippine Eagle. I wish they did , or at least have more local animals that are endemic to the Philippines. Overall still a nice Zoo to visit. Side note : parking is hard so I suggest riding a cab (or GRAB) to get here.Super crowded in the weekends. I suggest buying tickets in advance.
